Second, start make mould.
Third, have a small-batch productions/samples for test and quality check.
After the above zamac cap pre-samples finished, we will sent some to clients for check. If here is no problems for the customized designs,we could do mass production next.

2.The flushing port cooling.
3.Bulk Burrs manually removing.
4.Raw perfume cap’s surface polishing.
5.Polishing Quality checking.
6.Electroplating/Painting perfume caps.
Except these two surface dealing decorations, we also can do with silk printing,water transfer and laser etc. to meet the customers customization requirement for logo, and also can can use other material to decorate perfume caps like pvc and nickel sticker,epoxy and so on.
7.Full inspection of whole zamac perfume cap parts and Assembly.
If no other special packaging requirement, we generally use the PET bags+ tray +paper cartons to package all zamac perfume caps.
